This screen cannot sign anything, and that is the point. The human key lives in Cloud KMS and this service's identity has no permission over it — asking returns 403 PERMISSION_DENIED. So there is no button here. The person runs the command shown in each case on their own machine, with their own credential, and this service only receives the signature and verifies it.
